Biggest Problem with Offensive Line?

We all know our offensive line has been under performing to say the least. What is the biggest problem with the line? If we could replace one player, which position would make the biggest impact?

I thought our o-line coach was supposed to be special. I understand we have had injuries but our best player has regressed and our veteran RT has been flat out bad.

Doug Free's lack of physicality or effort on some plays is pathetic. Free looks like he plays to avoid contact. The lack of fight or urgency in his game should be alarming, imo. I'd start heating up Jeremy Parnell. I'd give Parnell a chance at RT.

Bill Callahan can't be too thrilled with what he's seen out of Free. There is no excuse for a total lack of physicality or effort. Plus, you have all of Free's penalties. At least, Marc Colombo would maul you even if space wasn't his friend.

I have seen a lot of posters pimping for us to acquire new guards, but it seems to me that the issue is the play of Free at right tackle and false starts due to the play of the center. Am I off base here? Does anyone see the guards as the culprits?

Center, RG or RT take a pick. I think the easiest thing would to find a new RT and move Free to RG or get a real center and move cook to RG

If the Cowboys traded for Brian Waters, they could move Bernadeau to center and Cook to tackle. That would be one option.
