Biggest QB busts

RG3 came into Dallas for Thanksgiving and just lit up Dallas’s badly . Then his career went south . Big things were expected .
At least for a while he was effective. If he had not gotten badly injured and then the Foreskins playing him and making it worse, he might have lasted longer as an effective QB. So he certainly is no where near the busts Jumngous and Leaf and others were

No i was just mentioning him as a member of the bust club . My original post was # 4 pick in his draft Baltimore Colts Art Schlicter and the gambling habit . Career wreckage . Made Pete Rose look like an Adam 12 happy ending .

he was a bust; no doubt of that. However he did show talent for a while and did have a good season and the injuries finished him. But no way should he be mentioned with the likes of Jumongous and Leaf and George and so on. They NEVER SHOWED ANYTHING AT ALL.

You look at the overall record of Heisman Trophy Winning QBs in the time since the sixties and their overall record is not good. Jim Plunkett and Roger Staubach.
Since Plunkett won the Heisman, 28 QBs have won it and NONE OF THEM HAVE WON A SB.
