This is the first time this season that somebody has just punched us in the mouth and were the more physical team. How the team responds will be the biggest test yet for Garrett, will he have the team ready to play or will this be a hangover that continues into next week?

I think Garrett will have this team ready, I really do. I think you will see a lot more aggressiveness on both offense and defense instead of a deer in the headlights look we all saw last night. Players will not fumble and the defense will actually try to tackle somebody. Basically I am chalking up the game last night as laying an egg and I don't think it will happen again.

I think we bounce back and beat Arizona........................you heard it here first.

The turn overs were the biggest thing that held us back. I really don't see the game as one where we got punched in the mouth. We hurt ourselves yet again like the SF 49er game. Even as bad as the defense was, they only allowed 17 points in regulation. In most games, that should get you a win. I have no doubt the Boys will let this game go and put full focus on Arizona. The media is singing Arizona's praise as if they are the new bully on the block. Beating them will be the best cure for our current woes. Go Cowboys!

I don't think we got punched in the mouth. We screwed ourselves and the Washington Professional Football Team tried many times to hand the game to us. This is the first game during the streak where we didn't have balance. We reverted back to the past. Gotta fix that. I think we have to Relax.

Not being ready for the Skins is disturbing, but you have to move on...

Having team ready will be a test but to me Garrett's biggest failing has been that he talks about discipline and accountability but his teams play undisciplined football. Big challenges for him now are:

1. to talk to romo/linehan about the fact that we should not have gone away from the run in critical situations in the game ,

2. Murray needs to understand that he is not indispensable and if he fumbles again he is sitting the rest of the game , and

3. the OL needs to learn to pass block

outcoached, outplayed....laid an egg....they controlled the game more than we did, thus, we lost

this just in: the sky is not falling, there is a game on Sunday and that is the opportunity to right all wrongs

It is an opportunity to improve
Can't right the wrong of losing a division game

and yet, beating Arizona puts you atop the NFC with Jax next on the agenda, and then a get-healthy bye after that

Need to win the division
Philly is a much better team and you can bet we will face the same blitzing Haslett defense in week 17
Sweeping giants and wash should have been the goal
Team was not ready
"Moving on" and beating AZ is the only option but does not correct the wrong IMO

Yup, and since I just saw a ridiculously depleted Commanders team beat us, I'm not sure why losing Durant would be even remotely close to an excuse heading into this game. Next man up? Whatever, just win the game that you should have won last week and I'll start to forgive you. LOL.

Week one we got beat by SF. Our boys went on a 6 game tear beating NO and Seattle in dominating fashion along the way. He passed that test.

I have no doubt he'll pass the next test by having our boys go 8-2 heading into the bye. I know our boys had a night off, and they took Washington lightly. I have no doubt how they'll show up when a team of Arizona's caliber steps on that field. 7-2 he we come.

We have to get pressure on Palmer, or they carve this defense to pieces. With Romo hurt we don't have the option to get into a shootout.
With Durrant out we will have lapses in coverage, this game is a tall order for our coaches on both sides of the ball.
If we do win this week, I'm optimistic we'll get at least to the championship.

Looks like a liquid Thanksgiving dinner may be in order, as I won't be able to eat.

The test won't be limited only to Garrett -- it'll be on three people, namely Garrett, Linehan and Callahan.

I'm more interested to see if Linehan can adjust to Haslett's blitzing next time. Romo always sucks against him and this was the first time Linehan had actually seen Romo do what he does against Haslett.

We lost to the Skins because: 1) TO's, 2) Poor tackling, 3) giving up on the Run

Fix those, and we beat both the Skins and the Cards.

Hey, if the Buccaneers are called the Bucs, the Jaguars are called the Jags, the Cardinals are called the Cards ... what are the Titans called???
