Bill and our Team Culture

My first thread so be nice. Most succesful NFL teams have cultures that they build thier respective teams around. Chicago has strong defense and running game. Same for Pitt. San Fran has its passing game. Before Bill got here we always had a top notch QB that was capable of taking this team to the Bowl. Now we are forced to watch bus drivers and washed up QBs.

My honest opinion is we will never go all the way with this win now or else attitude. Since Troy, we have been tring to strike gold with QBs that probably do not deserve to be in this league. We need to do what is necessary to get a young stud QB and build around him.

I think we have had a tradition of RB's and Defense as well. As to the QB thing well who knows if this line can find a way to keep opposing defenses out of the pocket for say, ten or fifteen minutes he will be fine.lol

Who brought in QC and Hutch and was against signing Delhomme or drafting Leftwich?

I disagree.

Jerry Jones has took major risks (Terrell Owens) and a couple of years ago even handed out the most Signing Bonus money in Franchise History during Free Agency.

This team is loaded with talent, young and old. Jerry Jones has done his job, now it is time for the other guy in Valley Ranch to show results on the field.
