Bill B took the majority of his good players and won a few superbowls with the pats

The Jets still had all their players..the ones who went to the AFC Championship game...he had alot of young guys...and he left...could have won the big one...

Now look at our team...Alot of it was made in his image...Romo is going to be as good as if not better than Simms....Ware is good now, think what he will be a year or two from now...not an LT but could get close...We have our TE's,,,
the whole problem is we are too young...when the going got tough no one stepped up...but that will change as they get older and here we go again...Bill quits! The reason he quits is he puts so much into it that he burnsout! Thats his problem...he was burnt all last year...If he just would have took some time off here and there he may never have left any of those places as early as he did...I think we are getting ready to start seriously contending for the championship...we could have this year if not for the defensive meltdown...that will be fixed IMO....i would bet that at least half of those young guys are going to get alot better...you are going to see a different defense next year with a few additions and some better players...I just wish Bill would not have burnout!

There's a reason that out of 32 teams and hundreds of coaching changes throughout the years, Parcells is still in the top ten of all time best coaches. Most of our idiotic fans were too bent on him not having won a playoff game too see the other good things he did with the organization. It's just a shame now that those things will never pan out, and we're stuck back to the 5-11 days.

I get phones calls from all my buddies in the DC area constantly now. Those idiots went 5-11 this year and would have had no reason to give me crap about anything since the Skins were so bad, but now I have absolutely nothing to say back and just listen to the trash talk cause they're right. This franchise is going the way of the Skins fast, so I'm glad so many people were adamant about Parcells leaving. You get what you wish for sometimes. It's just a shame that now you're gonna get the baggage that comes with it.

Regardless, the whole point is that losing Parcells was a bad bad mistake and certainly one that could've been prevented by Jerry. I'm not trying to jump any ship. I guarantee you that I have more knowledge of, and am a bigger fan of the Cowboys than you will ever be able to even dream of. Don't ever question that again. Wow, you're naive if you don't think he had at least 2-3 more years left in him. We would've won at least one Super Bowl by then. Jerry messed this up. It's obvious. Parcells should've gotten a contract extension and even a raise. He assembled a dynamic team that's going to go to waste now just like the '94 team did that lost to the Niners in the NFC championship, and '96-'98 teams that probably could've won a Super Bowl also.

Some idiots think I'm trying to jump ship or something here. That's not the case at all. I'm just disappointed right now because I understand what it takes to win from watching teams win over the last few decades. First off, players have to respect a coach and buy into what he's saying. The entire team not only respected Parcells, but glowed at the thought of doing something to make him happy. Even TO was good for TO. Think about his previous stops and this year was way different. That type of emotion just will not occur with an idiot like Norv Turner. I'm hoping that things work out as much as everyone else is, but in all reaiity, we're back to wasting talent like we did after Jimmy Johnson left. Losing great coaches and becoming mediocre seems like a nice 12 year cycle that I just don't want to go through again.
