Its funny because our new HC will play a part in how Bill's tenure in Dallas will be measured.

What Bill has done for us?

1. We now have a QB - didnt before
2. We have McQuistan - could be a winner
3. Austin Miles - looks like real deal - looks like AROD too LOL
4. Took a chance and developed Colombo
5. Barber3 - looks like a champ
6. Ware - needs another monster opposite him
7. Watkins could turn out pretty good
8. Hoyte - lets see
9. Fasano - showed some playmaking ability when given the opp's
10. Gramatica - I think we are set for a few years

SO.... my point... if someone can come in and win with this team with a few additions.... Bill will get some credit.... its most of his pieces that are in the mix
