Amidst swirling rumors that Michael Vick could sign in Buffalo Thursday, NFL Network's Rich Eisen reports the Bills have called a 3:00 p.m. press conference.
Profootballtalk has been receiving emails all day about whispers that Vick will sign with the Bills. Political consultant Mike Lesczinski escalated the rumors when he tweeted: "Word leaked from One Bills Drive says Mike Vick Signing With Bills as We Speak. Press Conference later today."

It is ridicules TO made a simple comment standing up for Vick getting reinstated and now Buffalo ends up on the short list along with Dallas because Jerry has signed problem player in the past. Damn I would love to have a job like these sport reporters you get to go to the games and get the best seats in the house and you don't have to be accurate in what you say.

Vick was involved in dogfighting but I never heard anything other than about his questionable ability to make his reads when he was actually playing.

After coming out of the pen I imagine he is going to keep his head low. Really other than a large media presence I just don't see Vick creating drama. They already have TO there so I don't see it being much worse. This is BFE we are talking about not Dallas or NYC.

Say what you want about the guy but not only has he won a lot of games in this league hes won a lot of big games.

Anyway I have to go I have a schnauzer on the barbie.

Despite swirling rumors that Michael Vick could sign in Buffalo Thursday, the Bills have not called a news conference as previously reported.

Rich Eisen "tweeted" that Buffalo had a presser set up, but it wasn't true. He says Vick is not in town. There have been other rumors thrown out on Twitter and elsewhere throughout the day connecting Buffalo to Vick, but no hard news supporting the case. Stay tuned.
