Have you ever been to Buffalo? That place is horrible. No one wants to be there. Toronto is 100 times better than Buffalo. Even the players would welcome the move. Heck, even 80% of the people in Buffalo would be begging to go with the team to Toronto.

As soon as Ralph Wilson sells the team, the new owners are moving either to LA or Toronto. And Wilson is really old so the team will be sold soon, imo.

I attended the University of Buffalo from 87-92. I kept hearing about the revitalization, rebirth, and rebuilding of the city. Fast forward to 2008, and it's lost half it's population, homes can be purchased for $3000 (not $3k down ... but three grand for the entire freakin' house).

It's a dead place to live. I'm surprised the team hasn't move to Toronto 10 years ago.

The best thing about Buffalo is the sign that says "Welcome to Canada." Seriously, Buffalo and Toronto are already part of a transnational megalopolis called the "Golden Horeshoe" that stretches from Oshawa on the Canadian side to Rochester in NY State. Toronto is the anchor of that regional economy, so moving the Bills there kind of makes sense, except for the fact that Toronto already has its own professional football team that plays by slightly different rules and the Canadian government can be fierce to protect Canadian institutions from American cultural imperialism; such as its Canadian content rules for radio and TV. Pretty amazing though, that when you consider that regional economy, the U.S. side is actually the more depressed part of the region. Think about the relationship between San Diego and Tijuana and you kind of have the relationship between Toronto and Buffalo.
