Four. OuchHow many OCs has Herbert had at this point in his career?
4 in 5 years seems excessive...Four. Ouch
I think Hurts has had six4 in 5 years seems excessive...
I'm guessing they would hire a defensive coordinator?Mike would be great for the offense but they need defensive help bad
More than that. His ankles are gonna get cold.
Any and EVERY Coordinator in the league is working towards a head coaching job. Even the guys who are deemed not "head coach material"...Man if I hire an OC and he continues looking for HC I’m out don’t care how common a clause that might be . I want a 100 % commitment and at the end of the year Herbert has any playoff success great go interview at the end of 2026 .
Too many other coaches capable would love the job and jump into it. I can’t believe this sits well with Harbaugh
There was a fairly common element to his contract that allowed him to continue to interview for HC jobs
i'd assume it sits just fine with him, or the agreement wouldn't have been struck.Man if I hire an OC and he continues looking for HC I’m out don’t care how common a clause that might be . I think that's a tough sell in that market--in ANY market really...with josh allen involved in the head coaching decision, my money is on brian daboll
I guessi'd assume it sits just fine with him, or the agreement wouldn't have been struck.

If you aren't working on and allowing your team to progress, you're failing as a leader.
