Any and EVERY Coordinator in the league is working towards a head coaching job. Even the guys who are deemed not "head coach material"...

If you aren't working on and allowing your team to progress, you're failing as a leader.

Right but I’m talking 2026 you signed the contract to be the OC . So where does it end at what late date can a team pick off your coordinators leave you scrambling
