The mentality should be go out there and blow out this bad team

Garrett teams usually win or lose 10-9 in these situations tho. They need to build momentum

2014 team averaged over 41 ppg in blowing out everyone in December.
Would love to see some momentum, but thats wishful thinking. Nobody would blame Dallas if they used this a much needed rest and heal up week

It was the same offense. The difference is that defense was horrible. For context, for as good as the offense was, they still gave up 6 more touchdowns that season than their offense scored.

In other words, they won games in shoot outs. If they had this defense, the numbers would be about the same.

what's the odds garrett let's dak play the whole game? My opinion is, he plays the whole game because garrett doesn't want to hurt daks fragile ego. sort a like last years game.

if and a big if, he goes out garrett will take all the starters out too to make sure the backup qbs don't look good.

The Crash Report.

Ah the dilemma. What if he plays all game and does ******? That too is just as likely and as damaging.

I bet he plays 1-2 quarters.

Not like he needs the reps to improve on his game, but timing reps are that need to stay fine tuned.
So the question would be...
Does Dak need to stay in the entire game, because he needs to be as good as he can be.
Or... Has Dak already reached his ceiling, additional reps will not be beneficial?

The thing is, fine tuning at this stage is too late. If you want to stay sharp and have some momentum, fine.

We needed to fix our redzone issues weeks if not months ago.

The way the game is played today, slim chance he would be injured. Pass rushers are penalized for having bad thoughts about the QB.

Linehan actually ran a well designed red zone play that had the FB Olawale wide open in the end zone, but Olawale had a horrible wiff at the ball, it was like he was seeing double, and he tried to catch the one that wasn't there.
I would go back to that play, and hope that they addressed Olawales' vision impairment.

He calls some good plays and some bad plays where literally no one is open and they run the same type of routes. One thing to notice is we don't attack the middle of field enough. A little play action to the TE would work great here and cause the line backers to bite - especially when teams KNOW you want to run it in here.

That's were Im leaning,, I don't believe the amount of time Dak has had to establish chemistry/timing, with his receivers should be non relative.
I give him all the shots to Gallup deep that he wants just try and gain a little confidence with the deep ball.

I think Zeke is almost 200 yards ahead of Gurley, so I wouldn't even suit him up. I'd also minimize everybody with an ache's plays & just work on the passing game. At this point I don't think we really need to worry about any rust creeping in.

You may have your seasons mixed up

In 2014, our offense scored a whopping 86 points more than our defense gave up in the December I referred to.
And for the season, the margin was huge.

Bing knows the Cowboys will be resting starters and the Giants will be playing their Super Bowl. I'd say Bing has it about right.
