Did anyone else pick this up? Is anyone playing this on PS4 or Xbox 1?

I've been playing it since the night it came out. I happened to be on vacation for the week because I had to burn my last week, or lose it, before the end of the year and it just coincided with this game. Which I'm glad it did.

I have been playing it on both systems and I've been having a freaking blast with this game. It's so fun. I love it.

Been playing it on Xbone. It's been a little glitchy, but it's pretty cool. Still don't understand why I shoot someone 20 times and they shoot me once and I die.

Have it for the Xone. I was thinking about the PS4 but I chose the Xone because I saw a mother buying the PS4 bundle with the game for a 14 y/o old kid.

I'm terrible at call of duty because I can't aim for some reason but I really like BO3.. It's fun.


Anyone got any tips for winning 1 on 1's?

If I camp or see someone before they see me I am fine but Im terrible in situations where my opponent and I see each other at the same time.

In Hardcore they die much quicker and the map doesn't show where you are after you shoot unless they have a UAV.

Core is good but once you learn the maps I think Hardcore is much better.

I only ever play HC...having to empty an entire mag in a player in core for 1 kill is horrible.

Aim around corners, don't sprint around corners, start shooting slightly before aiming down sights, move side to side while shooting. I would also recommend equipping quickdraw in your loadouts. The rest is just predicting where your enemies are going to be coming from and reflexes.

Excellent advice. This is really the only way to give yourself a real chance of winning the majority of gun battles. Due to the fact that connections are not on dedicated servers you just can't rely on what you're seeing being what's going on.

Best bet is this advice right here.

Absolutely.

I'd also add playing with buddies so that you can work together is huge, especially once you've learned maps and spawns so that you and your friends can agree to work together and not push up to far.

It's far best if you and your friends take mid map control and push up no further. Especially on TDM where spawns are very random anyway and pushing up to far causes the map to spawn flip which can be difficult to deal with.

The problem you will run into with random players, and even your friends, is if you've got those people who just have no clue or don't care about the team and only care about their own personal score and so they push all the way across the map in a greedy effort to up their own score.

I picked this up last night as well. Now I am in that mode of "What the hell am I going to play because these are both so amazing!!!"

Not to mention I also have Fallout 4 on the Xbox One that I want to put time into as well. Great game as well.

What I found interesting is start shooting from the hip if you are using assault or smg and make sure the markers are on the person. As you shoot from the hip, quickly aim down the sights while shooting.

Yep. This is basically what works the AIM assist the best way possible. If you do it this way the game will basically auto aim your shots into the chest/head region.


I have been playing this game a TON. I took advantage of as much Double XP as possible this last weekend and already I can't wait until the next weekend that they do this.

I've been on it so much in my free time that I'm already 3rd prestige and I'm more than halfway to 4th prestige. I have almost more time in this game, already, then I personally had in Ghosts and Advanced Warfare. I had less than a day of playing time in AW. I've smashed that time, by a long way already with Black Ops 3.
