He can buy a hotel / condos in every NFL city. Then they have a place to stay with all the comforts. Rent, or use hotels as regular rooms, until they travel for the games. Then bring out the good mattresses for the players.

I 100% get that. Soft beds in hotels are for young suckers, but if you have tightness or back problems you will pay for it the next day.
