I get the Jerry bashing but if you took the temperature of this forum you'd think the Cowboys were 4-10 and not 10-4 right now.

Today's loss sucked on so many levels but this team is still basically locked into the same spot. Catching Philly was never realistic with their schedule. And the fact we can point to so many things in this game that would have given Dallas a win means the issues are preventable.

So that's the problem right now. This team needs to stop beating themselves or making the playoffs will just mean another offseason of disappointment. If they can somehow get their stuff together and maybe win a postseason game or two, then maybe things start to turn.

Doesn’t matter if you blame Dak, MM clock management, Bossman Crap, or our poor run D…..it all comes back to Jerry and the FO. A front office with no accountability equals never ending mediocrity.
I really do wonder if how Jerry runs the team and sets the culture affects the team on the field.

Jerry can’t give Dak a new brain. While I don’t like Jerry as a GM, I’m not assigning full blame on him

Even if you think Dak sucks. It still ultimately falls on Jerry. He is the boss. He is the one that ultimately chooses what route to go in regards to the QB position.

Don’t worry Jerry is still getting rich and that is the only damn thing he cares about
You’re right. What I can’t understand is the man is not long for this earth. He’s tried for almost 30 years to win. You would think he would’ve figured it out by now that he isn’t the guy. He has an unlimited budget to hire any coach and support staff he wants including GM.

I do blame Jerry for employing a child like Kellen Moore and drafting a dummy like Bossman fat

Oh man, somebody's mad. And I'm sitting here LMAO with tears in my eyes. I've never heard such sentiments put so bluntly.

:lmao:

Nevertheless...

It appears he's now too interested in OBJ to fully understand the problems with this team.

Culture is rotten to the core, all because of him. I believe MM is trying everything to change or overcome that, but it is difficult.

I can point to Diggs complaining about that int by Mukuamu last week, to Parsons continued self promotion, to Jayron Kearse celebrating like a nut on the sideline when the game wasn’t over.

Jones “celebrity” culture permeates everything. It’s all about the individual.

Oh I do. The "team and staff" they have built are a symptom of the problem.

In his own mind, Jerry believes he is a football genius.
He really does believe that. But if and when Jerruh and the organization are ready for a change at QB, (replace Prescott), we truly dont want that man being the "decider" on who to draft/trade for and how much. His next decision could make the Dak Prescott era deemed a triumph.
