Blame Jerry all the way.

He is the one who forced Garret to fire Rob Ryan, even though everyone knows he was not the problem with this team last year.

Then, he hires an old washed up Monte Kiffen, who coached one of the worst defenses in the country while at USC.

Then, he strips the head coach of the play calling duties, which is the main reason he was ever brought here in the first place.

After all that, he decides to go into the season knowing that both Spencer and Ratliff are coming off surgeries. I find it hard to believe they didn't know what was going on with Ratliff.

Once again, they refused to address the defensive line or the safety position in the offseason. Granted, the injuries haven't helped. But, it's a risk banking on the fact that Spencer and Ratliff would come back healthy.

Waste a 2nd round pick on a TE who can't block. Spend a 4th (i believe, maybe 5th) on a running back that you won't even let on the field.

Eliminated the fullback position. I get the fact that it gives you an extra roster spot, but we are using that on tight ends who don't even get on the field. Now we have a backup linebacker playing fullback in short yardage situations.

You cant blame Garret because it's Jerry's fault he is still here. He has basically taken away all his control, so he really has no authority left. What's the point in having a head coach with no authority

I could go on and on here, but all it will do is increase my anger knowing that Jerry will never change.

I've never really been as down on Jerry as some people. I always felt like he could hire the right coach and things would work out.

Well I still think that is possible but I've gave up on him ever bringing in the right coach.

Garrett took this job knowing full well that Jerry had serious shortcomings as a GM so I don't give him a pass. These people's jobs and reputations (if JG ever had one) are on the line. He should have been more vocal if he didn't like the direction of this team. Otherwise, he's a huge part of the problem.

Having said that, JG has failed miserably as an offensive strategist and tactician. He's in way over his head. I don't excuse him for the lack of creativity and flow on offense......

Blme Jerry, because Jerry allowed JG freedom on offese to do what he wants, including hire is own brother and make him passing game coordinator? The reality is, if it were anybody but Garrett, he would have been fired long ago. Brian Stewart was canned after one year.

Sorry, I am blaming everyone. From the top down to the players.

The waterboy isn't safe at this point.

I could go on and on here, but all it will do is increase my anger knowing that Jerry will never change.

Remember Moose Johnston's quote on the last Superbowl win, "We won in spite of the coaches, not because of them."

Those players knew how to play and how to win because they learned it from Jimmy Johnson. The players on this team now, never learned how to win, and as long as Jerry Jones runs the team, they never will. Any coach under Jerry Jones is just a figurehead and the players know it so there is no accountability to the coach. It is really amazing to me that this team consistently plays .500 football.

Maybe somebody ought to ask Jerry if he makes "group decisions" in his business ventures. There can only be one.
