Blame loss on ST

Love DeCamillis, but ST has been the primary weakness on this team the last few weeks. Folk 2 missed field goals (one was tough, but gotta make those in December) and the punt return for TD. That is 13 points.

Barber's fumble will be blamed, and he deserves to get called out, but this loss was due to ST.

Respectfully disagree. I put this one on Barber. His fumble, at a point where we were moving the ball to get points and momentum back was a 10-14 point swing, IMO. His fumble was the backbreaker. I venture to say had Barber not fumbled, the punt return never happens. Obviously, no one can say for sure. Just my opinion.

This was the backbreaker. You just retake the lead, you can get a 3 and out, and every Giant player thinks "Here we go"....

Instead you let a 260lb back go the length of the field and nobody can even push him out of bounds.

I think the meltdown started as soon as the defense surrendered that first touchdown.The Barber fumble was just icing on the cake.

The big problem that needs to be fixed is the 2 minute defense,it's been horrid all year.Special teams was a no show as well today.What is worrisome is that the defense wasn't on the field all that much in the first half,so being tired isn't an excuse.

It wasn't a screen pass...we brought pressure, Jacobs released downfield a few yard and broke out while Spencer was rerouting the TE. Jacobs had been blocking all game...by the time Spencer released the TE to the safety and saw Jacobs heading to the sideline, it was too late.

Just happened to be the perfect play against the defense being run...man coverage and he was full steam down the sidelines before anyone turned around to see.

the defense was atrocious...they play this way against SD and NO, and we'll see them score 35+ each easily...we got bailed out by a number of drops

pass rush was incredibly mediocre

I will say, I don't know how Manning made that desperation flip to Boss with Carpenter hanging on his back. That was luck.

That Jacobs play should never, ever happen.

Mike Jenkins bailed them out once.

By the way, he deserves the Pro Bowl.

Jenkins is one of the best CBs in the NFL.

Too many huge leaks at the end of the half, and the Jacobs play killed them. Otherwise, they played good enough to win. However, it only takes one play like the Jacobs' play to beat you. Steve Smith hurt them. Manningham didn't, and Hicks made one play. Newman just missed the ball. Boss did nothing.

Romo outplayed Manning and his team lost.

Will everyone get off Romo.
