All those who think a majority of the fault lies with ONE PLAYER, have not been watching this inept organization long enough.

There is a deeply rooted dysfunction starting with Jerry Jones. This won't change though, so if we're looking at the biggest change the team can actually make to improve their chances at success, it's firing that incompetent laughing stock of a head coach. I was calling for this 7 years ago on this forum.

It's amazing how slow this front office is to react. So outside of luck, there won't be any changes with their postseason success anytime soon.

Its easy, because its obvious to anyone with eyes, he is terrible.

Can he have some success when everything else is in place like 201? Maybe, but how often are you going to have that? Once every ten years, if you are lucky?

Yeah. Coaching has let us down year after year. Look at 2014. This team was absolutely loaded. All-World O-line with Romo playing at an MVP level. We still BARELY beat the Detroit Lions, and that was almost pure luck how it turned out.

If we can't get further than the divisional playoffs for the entirety of Romo's career, is it really just a personnel problem? Or is it a coaching problem??

What is the one constant besides Jerry Jones? Jason Garrett bro. The entire team has changed multiple times under Garrett, and the results are the same.

SAME RESULTS DIFFERENT YEAR.

How? Garrett wasted a prime Tony Romo. He wasted a HOFr in Demarcus Ware. This guy has been wasting careers and talent here since 2007. WAKE UP
Jerry wasted their primes more than Garrett, by not giving Romo a competent defense.

Dak cant throw, cant anticipate, cant read a defense, cant throw deep middle, and has terrible mechanics.

Dak is broken so at the very least he probably needs to be benched for the rest of the year and then allowed to compete for the job in 2019. Bring in a journeyman QB off the street and make Dak sit. Fix the coaching staff so whoever's QB next year will not be handcuffed by morons.

Who do you have in mind as the journeyman QB?

It was a shame that alot of people here blamed Romo for everything. Its mind boggling to me how Dak gets a pass. Romo never gets a pass

I agree with your stance. dak seems able to move the ball on final, desperate drives when the offense is opened up. why this isn't done earlier in the game mystfiies me and apparently also Jason witten given his commentary last night. the horrific game plans just don't give him a chance to succeed. and they won't until he learns the words, "kill, kill, kill".

How can the guy who threw a morale breaking interception in the end zone into double coverage and then followed that up with another back-breaking fumble when he refused to release the ball with 3 friggin' receivers open not be the problem ?

He's just a slice of the problem. But a majority of it lies with Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett. Only one of those can change though...

He's not THE problem but he is one of them because he's not good enough to win with our 3 stooges at the top of this coaching staff.

well the last two games two fumbes in washington and a fumble and INT last night in redzones etc..these two loses are on Dak first and foremost..you can NOT throw into double coverage in the redzone, he was bracketed and that means someone else was open, thats what Amari was brought in for make catches but also draw coverage..you cant force that there..theres no excuse for the fumble you were struggling to get away on a third and forever, just eat the sack punt and live for another day..thats year one year two and year 3 you have to know this most basic thing.. he wont push the ball downfield but lose fumbles at critical times, which is is hes afraid of risk or isn't? im not Dak hater but no longer an apologist, he lost the last two games..it is what it is..these were big games and he frankly choked..they could have gotten up easy 14-17 to zero and took control early..the offense blew the first half the defense mostly helped in the 2nd but Dak just choked these games away..of course we have other issues..

The play calling and plays themselves do suck ; but when he's making glaring errors that have nothing to do with the play(s) , that's a huge problem........

That fumble was utterly ridiculous as was his throw into outer space on 4th down at the end of the game................................

The entire league does this (QB credit / blame).

What makes you think Dallas would be any different?
