Was surprised how a number of posters here are blaming Wade for our Dec injuries.

Have you completely forgotten injuries we got under Parcells in Dec? In '05, we had to look for LBs on THE STREET(some washed up Midget we got ended up IRing on the FIRST WEEK). In '06, Henry was playing with a bumb knee, Jacques Reeves had a dislocated elbow, Ratliffe had a dislocated shoulder, Miles Austin had a broken hand...want more?

Yah-I really miss Parcells.:bang2:

I don't blame WP for the injuries at all....it's part of the game.

However, under BP, he had players playing with injuries where it wouldn't take much for an exacerbation of the injury because they were scared to say that they were injured.

WP had a pretty lax (for lack of a better term) pre-season...they called it Camp Cupcake. It may be a pretty good thing that it wasn't such a hard TC. How many players were we injuring at the beginning of the season? Around 4 per game for the first month of the season. Why? Because we were fresher and hitting them harder than their bodies could take due to the other teams tougher TC.

I would imagine that the players wouldn't call it Camp Cupcake and remember players saying that it wasn't a "cupcake"....but no player really like TC for the most part.

That pathetic field is what caused the injuries tonight. Didn't they say that the sod had only been put down this week. You could see Marion's frustration with it every time he made a cut. I though Owens' ankle injury happened when he made the cut back towards the middle. You could see something was wrong when he planted the foot to make his turn. The Panther tackiling him only made it worse.
