The truth of the matter is, IF ( and I say this while laughing so hard, Dr. Pepper is dripping from my monitor), IF Jerry would somehow let Dez escape from Dallas, Dan "Little Napolean" Snyder would break the bank to get him in Washington. I see no way any other team in the NFL would have a chance.
