Bleacher Report crowns Quinnen Williams the best DL in the league

I don't think there's anyone in the league who is clear-cut better than him. Jeffrey Simmons and Leonard Williams are on his level, but I don't know how you would decide who's better though.

Q is definitely an All Pro type of player, however, and also the type of player that teams never let go. We are lucky to have him.

Just a couple seasons ago Quinnen was battling for the league lead in sacks. As an interior DL.

Playing for the Jets all those years probably started to eat at him. Even Williams himself said he felt rejuvenated when the Cowboys traded two high picks for him and made him feel like he was a missing piece they needed.

By the way Bleacher Report ranked 100 DTs and Otitio Ogbonnia made the list at 88. One spot better than Neville Gallimore....

I was saving up to get me a Caleb jersey, but I might end up with a Q. Williams one.
He'll be rejuvenated in Dallas.

QWill at #1 and Clark at #17.

And some still question if we will be able to stop the run.

To get him in a trade was a good move by Dallas . You won’t get his talent level in the draft where Dallas ends up year to year . You have to be top 5 miserable .
And what's maddening from year to year is we're miserable but not top 5 miserable

Okay name four or five DT's clearly better than him.
Seems a bit high based on production last year. I mean, he's pretty far down the list in sacks among DTs and by a wide margin. He may be a better run defender than many of those players, but I don't know if that makes him the best DT overall.

Honestly, I put him in the top 5 no problem but not sure that high

and it is the Bleacher Report....

Thats just Quennin. Can find these guys but you gotta know what you’re doing.

McClay’s crew hasn’t done a good job at interior defender selections

Here are the top sides over the last decade

Quinnen Williams: Round 1, Pick 3
DeForest Buckner: Round 1, Pick 7
Jalen Carter: Round 1, Pick 9
Vita Vea: Round 1, Pick 12
Aaron Donald: Round 1, Pick 13
Dexter Lawrence: Round 1, Pick 17
Jeffery Simmons: Round 1, Pick 19
Cameron Heyward: Round 1, Pick 31
Chris Jones: Round 2, Pick 37

I’ve been a Q fan since the Jets drafted him but #1 is wild.

I think he’s gonna have a terrific, bounceback season though. He seems reenergized.
What's wild about it micah fanboy? You always sprint to pff for your takes. Q was 2nd highest overall pff grade even after a mid-season trade. So what makes it so wild? Shilling never stops for your ilk
