4 for 4 - 28 POINTS!
That production wins football games.

3 TD's - No Interceptions
That ratio wins football games.

Bledsoe is not your everyday retread like some people tried to lead people to believe.

Bledsoe was on track to the Hall of Fame when he took that hit in NE.

He can still throw the football as good as anyone in the NFL. I'm sure he'll have a few off games, but who doesn't. Overall, we really did good getting him. Could you imagine if we were relying on Henson or someone to win yesterday?

Bledsoe is going to win this fan base over fast! Tough kid to a fault. Has the arm to make throws and a lot of experience running a Parcells offense. He also appears to have gelled well and some spark and the offense has some spunk to it.

I was more impressed with no INTs. I barely remember the last time a Boys QB didnt have an INT.......I hope to God that he is consistent like that, I'm hoping for at least 25 tds and maybe 15 ints at most.........that is my minimal expectations, we have the offense to be a lot more effecient than that even, but that still would be a dramatic improvement!

Bledsoe had a great game. No doubt about that. I was even impressed with the scramble.

Reminded me of the preseason game where Bledsoe scrambled.

My brother didn't see the game, but read the box score.

Brother: I see Bledsoe rushed for 8 yards.

Me: Yep.

Brother: (Pause) Was the other team on the field?

I noticed this too. It's good to see a clear cut leader that everyone supports on our offense again. ;)

getting TD's instead of FG's yesterday was huge. i don't know if it was payton's playcalling, execution or what but we need to continue it to be succsesfull

I think JJ and Witten are causing this.

The threat is getting less attention to Key, Crayton and Glenn. Its now pick your poison. We have to many weapons for a D to have answers for. You let up on Witten and he kills you. JJ will also have bigger games - that was a big front 7 in SD.

Seeing your QB barrel in and slide head first trying to maximize yardage inspires teamates. They get he's laying his health on the line for the team.

Oline respect that as do WR's. Also those sacks he's taking albeit not good inspires a WR to continue all routes knowing the Ball could be there. I like the bravado in our offense right now. We have weapons big. I think we played real poor in stretches and have room for more upside.

Not to mention SD on the road is not an easy game!

I think the emergence of Crayton has turned this team into a passing threat.

No longer can you zoom in on just JJ, or Keyshawn, or Glenn, or Witten - you have to pay attention to the over-all offense.

This is great for us, and that's the reason we were 100% in the red zone -- also our blitz pickup seems to be really good this year, which means trouble for the blitzing teams.

As a Massachusetts resident and long time Drew watcher I wil say that picking up the blitz is VERY important! Let the man do what he does best, stand there until he sees an opening. Not always the smartest thing to do but he is what he is!

LOL...yea, actually he ran for 9 but with the "QB knee down" it took a yrd away...but i was like:lmao: wow...lol as the the redzone thing...i glad we got in the endzone when we needed it, cuz tooo many times have we gottin there then had to kick a FG, and you just can't win alot of games kickin nothing but FG's....so good for D.B.

LOL! Either the other team was off the field or you and I were on the field. :)

one thing that strikes me about bledsoe.... he can whip that ball from tight off his body and at some very wicked angles - putting the ball in an area that allows his receiver to "make a play".

he is very patient in the pocket - to a fault. but if he spots the open man? he can get it there in a hurry.

he impressed the $#!+ outta me yesterday. he keeps this up and he'll have a few converts fo' sho'.

I have a lot of Faith in Parcells managing Bledsoe. See Pats era

We won 10 games with Tham and QC.

With upgraded D, Why can't Drew and JJ do better.....

I do to.

Keep the kicker on the sideline until we need him to kick an extra point.
