Bledsoe is not playing well......

Hostile

As no one could post a thread proving me wrong. I was just calling what happened on Drew to my eyes on concussion.

You show up after the fact to instigate - move on.

Chest thumping attacks usually = Nors right!
Followed by are you going to debate me football threads! LOL
Would you like me to prove you wrong?

You know I can.

Also if you don't believe that is what people are sick of by all means create a poll. Your act is tired.

This was definitely one of Drew's worst games as a Cowboy. That said, he didn't do anything to cost us the game, which is what all the Bills fans have been predicting what would be happening by now.

He missed some easy throws, but didn't turn the ball over at all. Also, second straight game with no fumbled snaps.

You're right, but that's not acceptable as a Cowboys QB. He's gotta be more than a caretaker.

I agree, but in a game like this one today, where your opponent is shooting itself in the foot, sometimes it's best to just get out of their way and not do anything to screw up.

There will be games, like the upcoming one, where he'll have to play better and win the game. I think he can do it. We'll see.

I'm sick of Nors.

And on Thursday, we'll probably have to throw to set up the run.

Denver is 28th against the pass and 4th against the run. Drew will step up, everyone knows it and it's why the Boys are favored by a point.

C'mon don't you all know? It's cuz it's the second half of the season and all the teams have figured Bledsoe out.

Well if Bill pArcells doesnt open this offense up against Denver we're done. Let Bledsoe take the 5 step drops and open the field with Terry Glenn ,Witten and Keyshawn.

Agreed. We need to handle Denver exactly the way we played Philly the 1st time. I too hope Drew has it together by Thursday. Needless to say his protection must also improve.

On the other side of the ball, I'm not terribly worried about their receivers. The key will be how well we limit their two pronged running game.

Mr. QB Snob, we had an entire drive based on penalties. Of those, many took away passing yards. He would have had higher numbers if they didn't hand us those yards. Plus the running game was huge.

He hasn't played really well since the Eagles game, stats be damned.

We're going to need improved QB play against the Broncos.

we need improved play in alot of areas, but Bledsoe isnt doing "well" because the OL is playing poorly...this isnt any big shock as everyone knows he has to have good protection to be successful, and he isnt getting even average protection right now...

Flozelle Adams was a huge loss

I think the Blackbear was shot too soon. His appearance here can only mean you made the same mistakes in Billsland, you are making here. Which is thinking your incredible man love for one player transcends the sensibilities of a fanbase with justifable pride in its team's history.

Some advice for you, if you're old enough to understand it and smart enough to take it:

stop making the Aikman comparisons.

If you SAW the man play, he is the FAR superior quarterback, regardless of what stats you can pull out of your backside. If the words 'accuracy', 'clutch', and 'leadership' are in your lexicon, you'd know Bledsoe's career stats don't BEGIN to equal what Aikman brought to the table.

Quit while you're ahead, ie, still here.

Of course, if you take the Cowboys talent and put Bledsoe in place of Aikman, one has to wonder what the outcome would have been. No one will ever know the answer, but neither QB needs to be put down.

Aikman had a better team to work with, Bledsoe was a better pure passer and has much better stats. Case Closed.

No one is 'putting down' Bledsoe.

But this guy has been taunting the board with Aikman stats for days now, in a lame attempt to 'prove' that passing stats alone are the arbitur of greatness.

The only case that is closed is Troy Aikman will be a first time nominee Hall of Fame inductee.

It remains to be seen how history regards Drew Bledsoe.

I will make this simple for the IQ challenged: The O line is not protecting Bledsoe as well as it did early in the season. Its also still not consistently run blocking well.
Add that together and then some wonder why Bledsoe is not doing so well.
STUPID. Why do you think BP has made it his mantra to protect Bledsoe at all costs?
The O line has to step up and play more consistently- its as simple as that. If the O line does better, so will Bledsoe.

Listen, if you want your opinion to be respected, you have to at least make sense and sound credile.

This is the most "wrong" statement I have read in a while.

I support Bledsoe, but he is not a better passer than Aikman.
Aikman was as accurate as they get.
Yes, he had a team around him, but his passes were always right where they needed to be.

Find someone else to compare DB to.

I'll say it was a bit of both, the O-line is having some problems and yesterday Drew was just plain off. Looking at the Lions is was easy to see they game planned against the pass keeping both safeties deep which helped the run game but clearly stopped the deeper passes.

It's the second half of the season. That's what he does.
