Count backwards from 10....9....8....

Ok, I'm good.
Blessing in disguise. Who knows, if it wasn't for that he could still have been our QB today.

Doubtful. Parcells knew Drew was losing it. That interception snapped the hair he was hanging on by. But Drew gave us enough time to finished developing Romo.

Indeed. Most of us were calling for him to be benched after the Jacksonville game.

Gotta love abersonc's "Had we played the Texans" thread.

I love these:

"It was the rain..."

"The Offensive Line..."

I was one of those hesitant to give Tony the starting nod (I said that he should get the nod in 07), but when he came in the second half and the following week against Carolina was so tantalizing that I knew the bench Bledsoe faction was right after all and Drew needed to go. I think we;re better as a franchise as a result.

Best of luck to you Drew.......

Your 40 and shuttle speed is more suited to Retired Life with kids........

Thank you Drew and good luck in whatever you choose to do for the rest of your life.

:toast2: Bledsoe came in and gave us stability at a position where we'd had none since Troy retired. Let's just say thanks Drew

How did Drew bring stability? He was only here two years and started 22 of 32 games. Quincy Carter was in Dallas longer and started more games and there was nothing stable about that, either. Drew may have brought something to the table, but it wasn't stability. If that were the case he would still be the starter.

I figured he would retire and wish him the best of luck. The guy had a good long career playing the greatest game there is.

I am sorry if this is already a thread but it is important. I really feel sorry for the guy he was a good QB but he just go toutplayed by Romo.

He had a good long career playing QB in the NFL, there is no reason to feel sorry for him. He was able to do what many haven’t he lived a dream

Good luck to ya Drew. You threw some of the most accurate deep passes I have ever seen. Thank you for the memories.

... And somewhere a Norsman is crying...
You should go see and come back with a report. I'm thinking now it's going to turn to his HOF candidacy.

Well he's been banned over at the central... I'm not sure what forum he's calling "home" at this point.
