Yeah - a healthy, talented RB will do that for you. The key word is our offense does. I still have reservations as to whether Bledsoe can carry that offense if necessary, though.

No doubt, though, he is probably an upgrade in many, if nor all respects.

I was watching NFL netwok and they played that impressive drive and TD to Glenn.


I felt like I was watching 1992 offense. It was eery. I know majority here is still on the Henson life raft future - but Bledsoe is all that.

If our offense didn't look like the 92 version against the Jags I'd be worried. They were playing against 1 defensive starter and 10 backups. The CB who got schooled by Glenn is a rookie, so he's been in the NFL for all of 5 weeks or so in TC. Now let them do it against some starters.

That's how Bledose works... he'll give you one good drive a half with a whole bunch of 3 & outs. Rewatch the first half of the Texas game. That was classic Bledsoe.

That's my biggest worry. Series to series, game to game. If he is brilliant in 9 games and sloppy in 7, I'm still not happy. I just want some kind of consistency. Same as series to series - if we have a 3 and out 4 times, then a bomb for a touchdown, that isn't success.
