Blood drawn to determine whether Johnson was drunk

Every prison in the USA should be just like that! Prison life nowdays is somewhat of a joke!
I'm not sure, but, was it not a NFL (maybe Cowboy player) doing time right now for something and he said "do I look like I'm having a bad time here" and just shrugged it off like it's nothing...that he just will do his time and everything will be alright?

They get TV's, and education, a microwave, work, 3 meals a day...

Some prisons treat their prisoners better than some other people that live a law abiding life! Pathetic!

Only because I know people who have served time, I know it's not as cushy as you seem to believe.

He got pulled over speeding. Something many of us can be found guilty of.

As for him possibly impaired, when the test results come in, then he's even more of a bigger idiot.

At 3:30 in the morning. Which some of us might be guilty of. I dont think many, if any of us have been suspended from are jobs and was told to next time we was involved with the police could be a life time ban from our industry. He's a moron.

I was a prison gaurd for the state of Texas and it's not cushy but it isnt that bad. The kids and men in Iraq have a lot worst.

Not questioning his idiocy nor the reasons why he was suspended. I'm just looking at this as something that we ALL could have been pulled over for.

It's all relative. Being a guard vs being an inmate, I would think you'd have a different perspective.

As for a prisoner vs soldiers, I wouldn't dare compare the two.

Yep, and eat bologna sandwiches and better not gripe about it.

One of the few prisons where the criminals are treated like criminals.

Was a field sobriety test or breathalyser test done or do they not do that in that area?

I know they do field sobriety tests as when i ran a red light ($230) they did one on me, luckily, they caught me BEFORE the party

It feels like this stuff is coming out every day now. Good for the Commish cleaning up the league. It's obviously come to a point where there is a daily criminal story in the NFL.

It's going to be hard for TANK to be NFL man of the year when he's driving TANKED up! Way to go TANK, way to TANK it up on your man of the year campaign. I was actually half way impressed with his plan to get himself straightened out, for about 5 minutes. I'm guessing this wasn't part of the campaign strategy.:

He got a lighter suspension because he put on the contrition act and said all the right things. OOOPPPPPSSSS. Goodell is going to truly drop the hammer on him now.

He should get suspended the remainder of the season regardless... Chris Henry appears to have learned his lesson thus far.

For going 40 MPH, that's just a moving violation. Shppt I got a ticket 1 month ago for going 42 in a 25 zone and I thought i was going slow, now if he was drunk that's a different story, but otherwise speeding is not a crime just a 300 dollar fine for speeding which in case is a moving violation

It won't matter, these guys don't get it and probably never will, this is their lifestyle, ban them, rid the league of these thugs.

When they say testing for booze, will they also test for pot? It's possible he was tokin.

Because it's possible, hence DUI. "Being impaired to the slightest degree," can be anything from a couple beers, to a toke or two, to cough syrup or just about any impairing substance. Just wondering if the AZ authorities will run a drug test along with the booze test. I don't know about your state, but in SD you can get thrown in jail for driving with a hang over if the cop deems you impaired.

I know my brother in law got fired for smelling like achohol and he stop drinking about 9 o clock that night and went to work at 10 the next morning

if your hangover is bad enough, you'll still have alcohol in your system. You get really loaded, go to sleep at 3 and drive to work at 8 and you'll likely still blow .08

Exposed.
