No need to. There's already a hole in it. It's sinking and no one in our current regime of FO, Coaches and player personnel can collectively keep it afloat. Qurstion is when do we hit rock bottom so we can begin the rescue.

Yes, and hopefully Father Time can help us out in that area. Hopefully, Jerry feels his mortality and that serves as a motivator that he needs to change the way he's operating.
