Yes it can happen. I worked with many Engineers and Designers. And Design Drafters. Many of the 2 year degreed Drafters knew more than the 4 year degree Engineers. Lol.

A very small percentage of NFL players have college degrees these days. And 80 percent of college degrees are completely worthless anyway.

I actually interviewed someone for a marketing position that had a degree in sexuality. No kidding.
