I couldn't stand those uniforms. Why mess with something that has been the symbol of success for such a long period of time? That is what the basic white jersey's represent.

There is no jinx. Dallas actually has a better road record with the blue than with the white in 1981-2004.

Two things:

1) I think the "curse" is more associated with the Cowboy teams of the 1970s (pre-1981). If you remember, they did change the look of the jerseys around that time, going from a royal blue to a darker blue and adding the star in the sleeve.

2) Of course the road record is better. Chances are the only team that ever made us wear them often was Washington and we have beaten them consistently for years.

every uniform the Cowboys ever trotted out there.

the old blue uniform jinx may not be factually based, but when i was younger

i surely believed it. i still loved the look of it anyway . just my 2 cents.

i think its harder to see the players in dark jerseys at night so i hope philly doesnt realize that and wears their darks.

This sounds like something CBZ would have said! Since he started watching football before electricity. Those fields are brighter at night than during the day!

Besides that, good guys wear white. That is where it all started.
