IMO Big D is not gonna make it to the big one...we may make the playoffs but as everyone and their brother has said it "they have no heart" so it will be a one and done. Can't see us beating the current division winners if we get the wild card. I had some faith in this team but after this game it has dwindled away. If we could have beat SD it would giving us a huge boost to go the Big Easy and give 'em the business - now every player is gonna have to deal with the stigma of Dec.

It will be interesting to see what JJ does in the offseason, coaching wise and player-wise. Here are some negative and positive things to take away from this run:

Offense:
-Miles Austin is a clear cut #1 WR and Jerry will get him locked up - the best part is that he and Romo don't require extra off season work.

-Early on our run game was dominant and then it has disappeared. Who's at fault? IMO the OL looks like they have worn down the stretch and not opening holes like they did early on. Losing Columbo was huge - he's the best run blocker we have.

-The three headed monster at RB is more a like a half headed monster. MBIII is not running like he used to - looks less powerful and slower. FJ's speed has slowed since that PCL injury. And we don't know what Choice can do because he hasn't gotten an opportunity to get enough carries. To be honest it's hard to get all three backs involved unless you establish yourself as a power running team, which the team has yet to decide on.

-Marty B has been the biggest disappointment this year by far...he's dropped a number of passes, had to be told where to line up on some plays, and it's VERY CLEAR why he's not in Garrett's game plan. Another guy that was supposed to step up and make "big" plays and all he does is worry about tweeting. We should have traded him to the Bengals when they offered in hindsight.

-The obvious one is RW11. He's struggled quite a bit and I'm not sure what to pinpoint. Route-running? Maybe...biggest thing is that RW can make catches in traffic but I think Romo is afraid that he's gonna get picked off. Hopefully next year they get this down.

Defense:
-TNew has become the Anthony Henry of last season, always getting beat deep while playing 10 yards off a WR. Not sure about his future here.

-Speaking of DBs Scandrick has had a down year, he's played like a 5th round guy and he's one of the guys we counted on this year to make "big" plays.

-Spencer to me is serviceable...he hasn't established himself as a dominant pass rusher but he's good against the run. Until he becomes a threat on the outside of the line our pass rush will remain inconsistent.

-Ratliff has been a beast the only downside I see with him is that his over-aggressiveness sometimes hurts us. The opposing RBs will cut it back and run it to the outside. Maybe the next DC or HC tells Rat to stack on more pounds so he can clog the middle better.

-The LB core - Bradie is also serviceable but man he lacks some speed. I'm ready to see a rookie or second year guy because he never stands out when he plays. Brooking was a good pickup but maybe it's just too late in his career for him to be a 3-4 ILB the NYG game was bad and in the SD game he never got penetration. Carpenter is same ol' Barbie...he did OK in some games, bad in a few, and good in a few - inconsistent.

-Ken Hamlin you can just clean out your locker ASAP you are not missed.

What I have seen from this year's team is inconsistent play that has cost us points time after time after time after time....can't see Phillips staying here unless we go the NFC championship but I just don't see it. This team should be clicking on all cylinders this time of year and right now that's not the case.

Someone said it best ealier this team is just a tease...
