Hmm. Know anyone that got forclosed on bu Bank of America? Our mortgage was originally with BoA, but we've since refinanced for a idiotically low rate when the rates fell to their lowest point.

==========================

The documents indicate that Bank of America improperly foreclosed on several homes during the height of the financial crisis in 2008 that began one of the worst recessions since the great depression. The report came from a former employee with Balboa Insurance — a risk management and insurance firm. The employee reportedly corresponded with Bank of America employees and was told to falsify loan numbers on documents to force Bank of America to foreclose on homeowners.

I wonder what Wikileaks will follow on after this stuff Anonymous has put out.

I remember when Anonymous use to just attack Oprah or some other fun stuff, when did they get to be so serious??

BoA is just terrible, in every regard. I don't know why people bank with them, and I'm amazed that they're still around. They must have some crazy worshipers like Mac people or something.

They're a big national bank!

BoA has been rotten for ages. They were the cocaine cartel bank of choice through the '80's. I am sure they had no idea where all those hundreds of millions of dollars moving through Panama and Columbia came from (sarcasm).

Relatively recently, a friend's business had $30k or so siphoned off from their night drops by some BoA employee. They foolishly went to BoA with the info. BoA stonewalled them, and covered up the issue, rather than deal with it.

Guess I'm not alone in having a terrible experience with those criminals. I left them for some pretty damned shady things they were doing, a long time ago.
