As entertaining as it would be to just ask 'BabyJay,' 'Joey' et al, how he really feels about the new Stadium, there are two questions that seem to not have been answered to the present:

1. Who will serve as backup center for this upcoming game?

2. Who will be in the middle linebacker slot for packages this upcoming game?

1) Phil Costa...also, Wade said Gurode would move to guard in this game if anything happened to either of the starters, and Costa would replace Gurode

2) Not sure I understand #2, James and Brooking will be the starters. If your asking about the nickel, Wade hasnt said yet. Brooking was doing alot of that too though before he got hurt so it might be him initially. I do think it will be Sean Lee before too long.

I didn't hear the presser on the inclusion of Phil Costa. Thanks for the information. Along the offensive line, Kosier previously made the line calls for Dallas. Do you also know who would now be tasked for doing this for the Washington game?

I also felt that Brooking would be called more initially, into 3rd down situations. But that would get very old and long even for a single game. I would expect that Sean Lee would be called into some action in this role even this game as well. I would think, myself, that this game would start a transitioning process. First, I would think that Wade would protect for winning this game before doing some gambling. I haven't heard although.

I think Wade is having a PC today, he might share more info on this.

I think Cowboys have some option at the MLB spots depending on what the situation is.

As noted Costa in the backup center with Gurode moving to guard.

As for the nickel linebacker, I have a feeling AOA might see some time there. He said he had some work at the position in practice. I think one of the other safeties was mentioned as having worked the position too. Just can't remember which one.

Hamlin and Mccray will be in the mix. Or even Brooking , with Sean Lee subbing his spot.
