With Howley’s health issues I’m wondering if he’s going to be able to deliver a speech?

Yes, this was what I was wondering also. I hope he's at least present at the HOF presentation, even if he's unable to give a speech. I would think Howley's son would be the one who would possibly speak on his Dad's behalf. This is why the HOF pisses me off!! Waiting way too long to induct this man!!! Perhaps, he would have been in better health if they did so years ago!!!
