Not Bradie and Brooking... Bradie and Spears... Because Bradie < Kampman or Merriman... and Spears < Peppers

And like I said, Merriman is not an ILB and wouldn't make a good ILB. He's best rushing the passer and Bradie fulfills his duties in our scheme. Peppers would never replace Spears because if we brought him in it would be as an OLB and not a DE. Peppers is not built to be a 3-4 DE. He's too small. A 3-4 DE is not a pass rusher, they're space eaters. They're run stoppers. That's what Spears is good at.

So the true comparison, if you wanted those players, would be Merriman/Peppers over Ware/Spencer. I'd rather keep what we have than add either of those two.

Not in wades 3-4... I think Peppers would be fine. Wade doesnt have a traditional 3-4 defense. Anyway....

iono about that one, i dont think peppers would fit at all maybe a 1 down DE on third and longs. and other than ratliff not being 350+ were pretty traditional 3-4.
