Truth is this is Jerrys team, and even Parcells answered to Jerry. But theres a misconception that Jerry is just a guy who forces things on coaches. As even Parcells has said this is furthest from the truth. Jerry has always made decisions based on what his people have told him. Now if you want to say he had the wrong people in his ear years ago, then id agree.
