People say this every year and they still don’t learn.

The one thing he’s excellent at is finding a way to make the cap work. I have no worries there. We’ll lose some older guys but we need to get younger anyways.

The Eagles are negative 63 million with an estimated cap at 196. It might be lower. So Howie has his work cut out for him.

Cowboys don't have much wiggle room either. They have 10 million in cap space without signing Dak.
