Fantastic blog post again. Real, nitty gritty analysis and work that is informative and entertaining.
Only thing is he kept calling John Phillips 'John Curtis.' On the play where Curtis lines up way out wide like a WR, that's a common trait of the Zampese tree of offensive coordinators. A lot of times they'll do that with a FB or a TE that they have no intention throwing to just to see what coverage the defense is in and/or if the defense sends a LB to cover Phillips, the offense will run the ball (figuring that they effectively have taken the LB out of the play). If a safety or a corner follows Phillips, then they'll likely throw the ball since that has taken the defensive back out of the play.
