And let's just go through camp, maybe even first few games and see where we are. Both are in the market with no buyers so we can wait and see what we got.

I see where you are going but unless there is leftover money to blow, I dont see them making us top 10 defense and without a top 10 its tough in the playoffs its tough unless your qbs are mahomes or allen

If this was the 2027 season and we already turned the defense into top 16 I could see their impact being stronger

I sort of agree. However, you have to consider the what ifs . What if we have multiple injuries on the OL. The OL has practically no debth. Beyond Bass and whis playing center or guard. Beyond Nate whos playing tackle. To pay Wagner or Miller would not allow us to bring in a vet OLinemen. Its kind of early in the process, to consider such a big money signing. Lets see how the back ups make out first. IMO

No, they are progress stoppers at this point. Their limited play only takes away from a younger player for which they are trying to build a long term successful team.

Miller and / or Wagner will not put this team into the SB. Especially on a handful of plays a game. Let the young guys play and learn.

There are others in front of them already to keep. So you would be looking at cutting 4 players.
Actually Bell is a safety, so go short at that position to keep a part time LB. No.

I still say Bell and Liufau are possible trade candidates for late round picks. And Schoonmaker.
