Bodden and our D-Line coach

Wasn't our D-Line coach (Grantham (sp) the defensive coordinator in Cleveland with Leigh Bodden? If so, I 'm guessing that's why we haven't at least taken a look. I think we need another vet CB but besides Bodden and maybe McAllister I don't see a whole lot of options.

Are you talking about the knee injury 3 years ago when he was with Cleveland? And then the next year he came back and could have/should have been a pro bowler?

I know people up in Detroit.

He's slowed down considerably.

His knee is shot.

The Pats just took a flyer on him.

There's a reason why teams hadn't signed him. Of course, it could just be the 'Detroit effect.'
