I agree with Hos, although I would replace Castillo with Jamaal Williams since that's who lined up next to Olshansky. Williams has 13 sacks in his 12 year career and Ratliff has 15.5 in 4 years although he only started the last 2. If you go by games started and extrapolate out, Ratliff would have had 62 sacks in the same timeframe.

Being bracketed by two fierce pass rushers should open up things for the DE, something Canty just didn't take advantage of.

I agree dude, and he moves much better then Canty did. He gets after it. Our Dline will be sick this year. I still want that Short stocky huge NT in the draft tho..

I agree about the NT, our line, and, probably Igor. I'm totally for the signing but I refuse to count my chickens on the guy.

I think Igor will be a stud playing with Ratliff & D Ware. He's got a non stop motor and that is what we need more of (and he's got a great attitude). Can't wait to seem him play!

As long as Igor can play the run very well, and occupy lineman so others like Ware can make the big plays, I think he's done his job.

And if Igor can apply pressure on the QB once in awhile, that's gravy. I doubt Igor stays in on 3rd and long plays anyway. I'd figure Hatcher goes in for him.

I agree. I expect similar production as canty and anything more would be gravy to me.

U do have to wonder why other teams didn't express much interest. Canty didn't exactly light the world on fire but plenty of teams were ready for him to visit. Actions speak volumes. I just hope wades systmlem will allow him to reach his full potential.

I see him as another marcus spears on the other side.
