Harbaugh has done to the 49ers in his first year what I thought Garrett would do for us. He has instilled in that team discipline, toughness, and an unflinching resolve despite lacking the talent of the top teams. He is taking a team of misfit toys led by Alex Smith to the NFC Title game in his first season, truly a remarkable coaching job.
