This is an extremely huge risk on Google's part and it will be very expensive.

However, this is "great" news for proponents of Net Neutrality and feel that we are lagging behind other countries in Internet Speed because consumers have very little choices.

In my Neighborhood, I only have 1 reasonable choice, Verizon.
