I may be too critical but is this one of the worse anchors in Sports?

Stuart Scott is horrible. But Deion Sanders on the NFL Network might actually be worse.

He tries so hard to be 'street' and speak in a 'hip' fashion that it just sounds ignorant. No one really talks like that. However I love Deion on the NFL network hes real, and when he was in the booth for our game he sounded very professional IMHO.

I always laughed at Stuart Scott because he talks remotely intelligent when interviewing a white player. But when he interviews a black player, he tries to sound "street".

Deion needs to tone it down........ a lot.

He is defintely overtly loud and animated, but unprofessional? I think not. You've described Irvin more accurately than Sanders.

Sanders and Irvin are both alike. And I kind of find their behavior unprofessional. Different strokes for different folks though.

Perhaps I'm just getting old. I just would rather tune into a sports recap show where they report the action, and let hte highlights be the main source of entertainment.
