They have 19 sacks between them. Bosa leading the way with 10.5 and Melvin not far behind with 8.5. Expect us to shrink the field again with a short passing game and multiple T.E,s. Oh Joy. Gee,.this Bosa fellow seems to be pretty good for someone who supposedly had a ceiling that MIGHT reach Greg Ellis status. :D

It's good to "see" you, Hayseed. It's really remarkable how Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli can't function unless they have all of their star players in place. Even then they've been mediocre over a span of years.

Fail to see the point outside of being covetous. Bosa was picked before us and Ingram was franchised. DLaw has turned into an excellent 2nd round pick, Irving is a force even if still raw and the other guys have complemented well in the front 4.

Coverage and LB fits have been our biggest issues. Hard to rush the passer when you cannot stop the run 3rd and 2 being what it is.

Ive seen this show many many times in the past. I sure hope they do,.... I just wouldnt be betting anything on it though thats for sure. LOL

I'd take a guy with a ceiling if Greg Ellis...not sure how that's a insult. I like Zeke better than Bosa though.

Would have been an interesting dilemma if Bosa had slipped to us at 4 in the 2016 draft.

I was way wrong on Bosa. I thought he'd be a nice DE but nothing special. He's a freak edge player.

If only the Cowboys drafted someone that is leading the league in sacks? Or picked up another player getting a lot of sacks?

Lawrence and Irving have 17.5 sacks between the two of them.

You can never have enough DEs. Giants won SBs being able to trot out at least 3 DEs who were freaks.

Can you imagine a situation where we were running Lawrence and Bosa at DE and Irving at the 3 tech in passing situations? That'd be more disgusting than what Philly is running out there now.

yes. Possibly the league's best pass rush duo coming to town.

Agreed. The original post was what the Cowboys do not have and I was just pointing out what is in Dallas is still really good.

If Irving did not miss 4 games then I bet the Dallas' duo would have more sacks as well.

If Elliott were there...yeah I think they'd ride him a lot here and get him a huge game.

I don't know if they will with Morris or not, especially if the running game starts of slow.

No dilemma you gotta take the pass rusher at that spot and with our defense. Just think what an asset he would be right now.

RB we could have filled in the 2nd or 3rd. We wasted a ton of draft capital filling that position too high.

I don't like Thursday night games and l don't like the Cowboys in this one. I really hope they are ready to play. The Chargers are coming off a big win.
