Obviously 2 of the best defensive players in football. Bosa is a beast and the niners need him badly. They are still holding out.... if this was in Dallas, Jerry and Stephen would be getting crucified.

I would never give 2 #1's for anything but a ALL Pro QB who is under 30.

For one under 30, you will need 3 #1's and possibly a later round pick. Around 30 or slightly older maybe 2 1'st can get it done.

We absolutely have the cap space. CD and Parsons big cap hit don't show up for several years. By that time DLaw is off the books. It can work under the cap. We just need A GM willing to do the work. Go a little beyond their comfort zone.

You do realize that the 49ers would be nuts to trade him to us, right? I mean, I don't mind. They've done this before. And we have so many players coming up for extension that losing two first round picks wouldn't hurt us. You can't pay everyone. Two first rounders for Bosa would be a great move.

Jones is 29. Great player. But do we give two first rounders for him? At this point I'd be worried that he's just looking for a payday. I know a DT is what we need more than a DE, I'm just not sure. I'd have no question on Bosa.

Let me clarify. I would rather have Jones because he'd be cheaper. I don't think he'd take 2 1sts to pry away. I think we could get him for a few 2nd round picks (which we waste anyway). However, Bosa would be a nice pick up for 2 firsts.

If you look at their market value, Jones is 32M, Bosa 28M. But I get your point. Bosa here would be crazy. Imagine Bosa and Parsons from the edge. They could move DLaw inside.

Yes, so, that's the move id like, but I'd love it if Jerry actually gets at least one of these two players. Especially since we now have a QB on a rookie deal.
