Boston blast survivor also near West explosion

People keep asking Joe Berti if he’s unlucky. A bomb exploded at the finish line of the Boston Marathon seconds after Berti finished the race. Two days later, he was in his home state of Texas when he saw a fertilizer plant explode near Waco.

Not sure why two schools, a hospital, a nursing home and an apartment house were located in such close proximaty to what amounts to a giant ticking bomb - just add fuel. Or, am I just imagining things?
