Penn State LB Navorro Bowman ran forty times of 4.62 and 4.66 at the Nittany Lions' Pro Day.
The times are decent for Bowman, who ran in the 4.7s at the Combine. He's also dropped six pounds since late February, and is down to 6'1/236. A second-round prospect, Bowman projects as a 4-3 weak-side linebacker.
