Boys Kicking Game

I'll start by admitting I'm not close to the situation. Can someone tell me what is Gramatica's status for next year? Have the Cowboys seen enough to offer him a contract or will Jerry be willing to look at free agency to upgrade the kicking game? I bring this up because I know Josh Brown in Seattle is a free agent and the guy has been money up here the past few years. Would love to see him in Dallas. I'm sure he won't come cheap.

The only problem Jerry Jones cited about Grammatica was the kickoffs and the resulting field position. I think they were happy with his FG kicking and might keep the position open in case they find someone who is better at kickoffs.

JJ has already said here to the Dallas media, that he will not be offering big $$ to a kicker again. Says he thinks they need to find one and develop just like the other teams in the league do. He also said, If not mistaken, that they wont use a draft pick on one....:bang2:
