The Cowboys need to step up big tomorrow and win it for the still-in-shock DFW sports fans. I realize everyone here isn't a Ranger fan or even from North Texas, but the 'Boys could definitely start the healing process by bashing one of our worst enemies.

A Cowboys win over the Eagles tomorrow night will almost make me forget, for a day or two, that the Rangers choke even happened. I agree with the OP.

And as I wrote in my thread, the Cowboys are going to die for the Rangers' sin if they lose to the Eagles. There's a lot of passion teeming in the Metroplex right now. It's either going to be released in the form of a lynching or in the form of a parade.

I still haven't watched sports center, and haven't seen anything about the game since we lost; and I'm not going to be watching anything like that until the Cowboys play. Didn't even watch the Cardinals get the trophy.

Nah won't see the whole season cancelled. Players wanna play and they'll give in eventually. Mavs though could be the champs two years in a row because they have a great roster and have a great shot at repeating.

Yep I like our chances. The addition of Rudy should help to. Just more depth to roll with. We gotta lock up Tyson though it'll be interesting to see how the salary cap structure changes...

Not to mention we have Caron coming back and Roddy B will be healthy at the beginning of the season.

Yeah they are loaded. That's why I don't get all these idiotic analysts picking teams the Mavs beat to win it all over the Mavs who obviously won it all. I don't think people realize how great of a run Dallas had. To beat well not only beat but sweep the then defending champs Lakers, beat the upstart Thunder, and a Heat team with 3 superstars and to do it without Butler who when healthy is a borderline all-star IMO just incredible.
