Okay... The 'Boys stunk it up against the skins...... But lets look to next week.....

I first looked at the Panthers 10-4 record... But then got to looking at their w/l record a little closer.. They really have not played anybody at a time when they were healthy.. I think this will be a very winnable game, though not if we play like today!

Sun 9/11 New Orleans L 20-23
Sun 9/18 New England W 27-17
Sun 9/25 at Miami L 24-27
Mon 10/3 Green Bay W 32-29
Sun 10/9 at Arizona W 24-20
Sun 10/16 at Detroit W 21-20

Daniels ate Tucker alive today.

Peppers will smother Tucker.

We're 1-3 since Thanksgiving and 0-2 in BIG ROAD games.

Carolina has the guns to shut us down ... they have the Washington and NYG games to use as a roadmap.

Im going to the game in Charlotte Sat...and after today, I honestly dont know what to expect. Im definitely not in the mood to hear any more of this playoff possibility talk, though. A wildcard road game is not something I think this team can build on, even in the best circumstances.
The Commanders out hit, out hustled out coached and out executed today, they were so much better it's laughable.
This Cowboys team has much much work to do to rank as a contender in the NFC. Too many questions remain about this team's personnel.

Won't Peppers be going againt Pettiti? I thought he was the other side? or did he move?

Foster or Smart are not Tiki or Clinton.. Also no TE to keep the middle open to worry about.

I think we are going to continue to have concerns with the Tucker and/or Petitti.... Plus, depending on what Rivera's neck stinger looks like this week as well..

Washington's Dline looked like allpros for the 1st time all year....Carolina HAS alllpro Dline men.

Rivera's been paid $9 million to play average.

Gurode can play at the same level for $8.5 mil less.

I hope Rivera's injury isn't bad, but I could care less if I see him in a Cowboys uniform again.

Can Peterman play the right side? I realize that its more than likely if Rivera can't go that it will be Gurode, but would it be better to see what Peterman can do? Though I guess Snell or Tarullo could be called up from the practice squad

The Carolina game has very little to do with how they play. The outcome has everyhting to do with how we play. If we play out game (like last week) we can win. If we play like we did today, another butt kicking is in order.

This is what scares me most about next weeks game. But, seeing as how we shouldn't win , we probably will and expectations will once again be through the roof.

Yeah but the difference between last week and this week is one was at home.

You can mail in the fact that we aint gonna score more than 14 (if that) next week. We havent done that on the road in 3 months.

So it just comes down to whether we can hold the Panthers to 13 or not.

Its a combo not only of how they play... but also how we respond to how they play.. The biggest frustration that I have had this season is the coaching staffs lack of adjusting to how the opposition is playing..

Parcells seriously needs to consider revamping his coaching staff.

In NY and NE, they were top notch(now they're all successfully coaching elsewhere).

FWIW-Holmgren started to make a turnaround in Seattle by hiring former Niner personnel. Maybe Parcells should go back to his old days and do the same.
