On a prime time, Monday night venue, BP made his QB decision by making Romo the starter for the second half of that game AND what will be going forward.
One, especially BP, doesn't make such a drastic statement, in front of 16+ million vewiers and the NFL community as he did last night by replacing Drew with Romo.
His decision wasn't based on the pressure the QB faced, or Drew's inability to evade the rush....it was based on his constant poor decisions at citical times that continue to crippled the team and its ability to compete.
Regardless of the opponent, the pressure on our QB will be there. Our O-line challenges are what they are. But the real issue, and is why BP made the QB move, is that Drew continually makes the critical, back breaking decision that hurts our chances to win.
After making such a profound move, I just can not see BP reverting back to Drew because he knows, as do we, that Drew can not be counted on.
You know what you get in Drew.
