BP coming back will hurt the players

This is depressing waiting for the word on BP. I am a BP fan but I am worried he will bring old farts vice young blood to the coaching staff. Hennings and Lebeau will only be here for a year and make the players learn another system - then leave and the players will ahve to do it again. We need consistancy from the coach and program and we will never have with BP. Lets hire a young coach with upside and build a team for the long hual. I would love to win the SB but at what cost? :bang2:

how would it hurt the players? his "old farts vice young blood" sure didn't help bring along Romo, James, Burrnett (just watch).

lets see...Experience v.s. No Experience...Alot of experience v.s. little/no experience (as a H.C.)

i think your case just failed bud

What happens happens whether or not Bill comes back or a new man comes in it doesn't look like Dallas is poised to make a serious championship run for a little while to come.

Based on what? Did New orleans look like they were poised to make a serious champuonship run at this point last year? Things can change for this team that is as talented as any in the NFC. It is excessively premature to make such judgements in January.

I don't think Bill coming back will hurt the players at all. Even if he brings in an Established OC ( Henning) and/or an established DC(Lebeau), as long as Bill is here, we will run Bill's system. The difference would be some experienced coach's devising the game plans, being able to see what's happening on the feild and making adjustments to that, but all within the system that Bill runs.
